Reef is hiring its first dedicated Account Executive for its business mentoring and masterminding services. You will own the warm-lead funnel end-to-end, moving prospects from events and inbound pipelines into discovery calls to close high-value contracts. As you demonstrate results, you'll help build out and mentor additional closers, setting yourself up for progression into sales management.
What You'll Do
- Own the warm-lead funnel end-to-end: moving prospects from event or expo and inbound pipelines into discovery calls.
- Independently close high-value, £4K–50K+ annual contracts.
- Leverage custom CRM, psychometric profiling insights, and AI-driven workflows to nurture relationships and articulate the client's unique business masterminds.
- Secure signed deals and revenue for the client.
- Help build out and mentor additional closers as you demonstrate results.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years closing high-value B2B sales (£4K–50K+ ARR).
- Expert at nurturing warm or expo-generated leads into decision-maker conversations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycle: qualification → discovery → proposal → close.
- Proven track record hitting ≥4 closed deals/month, with clear CRM attribution.
- Experience mentoring or scaling teams of SDRs or closers.
- Strong CRM discipline: creating and managing opportunities, audit-trail ownership.
- Comfortable using GoHighLevel or equivalent AI-driven sales platforms.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with psychometric profiling to tailor sales approaches.
- Background in professional services, coaching, or mastermind-style offerings.
- Experience working within UK business networks and expo environments.
- Skilled at VoIP calling, email/SMS/LinkedIn cadences, and real-time call coaching.
