Bank of New Zealand is hiring an Account Executive - Accredo - Remote

About the Role

Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks an Account Executive to manage relationships with assigned direct clients for our Accredo specialty pharmacy business. This remote role is responsible for executing the annual renewal plan, supporting long-term account strategy, and meeting clients’ immediate needs to contribute to corporate financial and customer satisfaction goals.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and strengthen client relationships to ensure satisfaction levels are consistently met.
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact, providing timely updates and addressing service needs.
  • Execute annual renewal activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required materials.
  • Discuss potential upsells with clients, including drug additions and new network opportunities; manage straightforward upsell requests.
  • Identify contracting gaps through review of utilization data from business tools.
  • Support development of client-specific strategic plans; monitor performance and make tactical adjustments.
  • Assist in quarterly and annual business reviews.
  • Engage with clients to evaluate new network opportunities and negotiate within parameters established by Underwriting.
  • Communicate effectively on known topics and provide written communication to clients.
  • Compile information for client presentations.
  • Partner cross-functionally to address client needs and escalate service issues for resolution.
  • Participate in special projects and task forces as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or a Master’s degree with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of financial concepts.
  • Solid project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to organize and interpret information.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues with urgency.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
