Puzzle.io is hiring an Account Executive for our Accounting Partner Program. You will drive firm acquisition and expansion, owning the partner funnel from outreach to agreement. Your work will convert high-potential firms into active partners and unlock long-term growth across their client base.
What You'll Do
- Identify, engage, and sign accounting firms that are a strong fit for Puzzle’s platform and vision.
- Drive the full partner acquisition cycle from outreach to agreement.
- Collaborate with activated firms to identify client opportunities and support co-selling motions.
- Cross-thread relationships within larger organizations to grow Puzzle’s footprint.
- Develop deep, consultative relationships with firm decision-makers as a trusted advisor.
- Maintain visibility into the full funnel of engaged firms in CRM and forecast growth accurately.
- Bring back field insights to inform go-to-market strategy, messaging, and product roadmap.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Product, and Success to deliver a cohesive partner experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven ability to close consultative deals, manage a pipeline of strategic accounts, and grow relationships over time.
- Strong understanding of accounting firms—how they operate, generate revenue, and make technology decisions.
- Comfortable engaging with firm leaders, managing multi-threaded relationships, and helping partners build business cases internally.
- Highly organized, metrics-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce or Hubspot).
- Currently residing in the U.S. or Canada.
Nice to Have
- Experience in channel, partnerships, or selling into professional services.
- Experience with partner management or deal registration tools.
- Background in fintech, accounting tech, or direct experience working with or selling to accountants or bookkeepers.
