About the Role

Miner, LTD is seeking an Account Executive to represent the end-user sales side of our business. In this role, you will focus on providing proactive maintenance and equipment solutions within the Dock & Door Industry to reduce customer downtime for manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers.

What You'll Do

  • Call on manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers within your assigned territory to sell loading dock equipment and services.
  • Prospect new sales opportunities and develop meaningful relationships with Operations Managers.
  • Conduct site surveys to focus equipment sales and improve customer operations.
  • Act as an educator supporting product training and teaching customers and prospects about products and services.
  • Partner with suppliers on knowledge development and solution opportunities.
  • Sell service and products to drive customer growth and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 4 years of direct business-to-business sales experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate cold calling techniques, prospecting, and previous sales achievements.
  • Expert communicator able to speak the customer's language and translate needs into sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to understand technical product application or a strong desire to learn with quick adaptability.
  • Willingness to be taught, hunger for learning, ambition to close deals, and adaptability.
  • A clean driving record and a valid Driver’s License for the state of employment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge or previous experience in Dock/Door or Industrial sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Salesforce or similar CRM
