About the Role

Griffin is hiring an Account Executive to drive growth across our target sectors. You will manage the full sales cycle for Griffin, a bank for companies building financial products, developing deep product expertise and collaborating closely with technical teams.

What You'll Do

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage full sales cycle - from prospecting to closure within target sectors
  • Develop product expertise and execute account-based marketing strategies for key prospects
  • Build and maintain a robust qualified pipeline while nurturing relationships and driving client expansion and renewal opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support
  • Represent Griffin at industry events and provide market feedback to inform strategy
  • Contribute to sales process improvements and best practices
  • Assess and manage client risk effectively, ensuring adherence to Griffin's eligibility criteria

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling complex, technical solutions to corporate clients
  • Strong understanding of embedded finance, payments, financial infrastructure or banking-as-a-service solutions
  • Strong sales leadership and discovery skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with a broad range of stakeholders remotely
  • High degree of comfort adopting new software tools for document drafting, collaboration and communication
  • Love of writing and ability to produce clear, readable documentation

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services
  • Experience working at a bank or financial services infrastructure provider
