Xplor is hiring an Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team to sell payment processing solutions directly to small and medium-sized businesses. This is a 100% commission-based door-to-door sales position offering uncapped earning potential and long-term residual income.
What You'll Do
- Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer and sell payment processing solutions
- Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline their transaction processes
- Close deals to earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals
- Work independently with full support and training provided
- Self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
What We're Looking For
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
- Alignment with the company's four core values
Nice to Have
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
- Experience in door-to-door sales, merchant services, or a similar sales field
