FloQast was looking for an Account Executive

FloQast seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to join the direct sales team and drive new client acquisition for our Accounting Workflow Automation solution. You will be responsible for selling into enterprise-level accounts, cultivating executive relationships, and managing the sales cycle to meet or exceed revenue quotas, all while supporting our mission to help accounting and finance departments with automation built by accountants, for accountants.

What You'll Do

  • Cultivate executive relationships to close new business deals targeting multi-million dollar revenue opportunities.
  • Drive the sales cycle by performing product demos, conducting pricing negotiations, and managing contract processes.
  • Build and maintain a robust new business pipeline through regular prospecting and outbound efforts via phone, email, and social media.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client challenges with closing their books and how FloQast provides solutions.
  • Coordinate post-sale handoffs to the implementation team to ensure a smooth client launch.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and BDR management to improve team performance and processes.
  • Provide feedback on competitive activity and product direction.
  • Travel within your assigned territory as required, up to 40%.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of software sales experience.
  • Track record of 3+ years selling into the office of the CFO at enterprise-level accounts.
  • Comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment with a competitive, ambitious, and self-starter attitude.
  • Proven history of over-achieving quota (top 10% of company) in past roles.
  • Team leader with a collaborative orientation, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring team members or leading trainings on partnerships, forecasting, and deal reviews.
  • Proficient with sales tools like Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and Clari.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience selling into the office of the CFO.
