Worldly is looking for an Account Executive to be an early member of our sales team. In this role, you will be accountable for expanding our client acquisition. Your mission is to evangelize the critical importance of supplier engagement for reducing sustainability impact and mitigating sourcing risk, advocating for the Higg Index industry standard as the natural solution.
What You'll Do
- Achieve revenue targets; this is a quota-carrying role.
- Build relationships relentlessly, often from scratch, using every tactic available to connect with prospects.
- Evangelize our proven message and be endlessly experimental to inspire others.
- Develop and maintain expertise in the Worldly suite of solutions, corporate sustainability best practices, and evolving industry regulations.
- Maintain a meticulously well-organized pipeline of sales opportunities, tracking deal dynamics and progressing strategically.
- Work seamlessly with all internal departments to improve efficiency and find solutions for client and prospect problems.
- Document the needs of prospects and liaise with Worldly R&D teams to influence the product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- Experience carrying a quota; role is accountable to outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience selling something, anything; bigger and more complex transaction experience is more relevant.
- Commitment to sustainability as evidenced by professional or personal life experience.
- Enthusiasm for fast-paced environments and comfort navigating ambiguity, always scrappy looking for solutions.
- Mental grit and innate empathy; you bring levity and perspective when the going gets tough.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a technology/SaaS organization or related context is preferred.

- Compensation: $75,000-100,000 USD (US) or $57k - $76k USD (UK) + equity: Incentive Stock Option Package.
