About the Role

zeroheight is hiring an Account Executive to own the full new business sales cycle from discovery to close. You will be instrumental in communicating the value of our platform, self-generating a significant portion of your pipeline, and consistently meeting or exceeding new business revenue targets.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full new business sales cycle from discovery to close, effectively communicating the value and vision of zeroheight.
  • Proactively generate and manage a robust pipeline, with an expectation to self-source at least 50% of opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets.
  • Understand the needs of our ideal customer profile and tailor your approach to provide meaningful solutions.
  • Liaise with champions, users, decision makers, procurement departments, and internal teams like customer success, product, legal and security.
  • Manage the sale from deep-dive discovery using SPICED methodology, conduct compelling product demos, articulate value proposition and sell the value of zeroheight.
  • Strategically work through the procurement process to optimize for quick sales cycles.
  • Validate pain early in the process and sell value against that, then get creative to move deals through the pipeline quicker.
  • Utilize modern sales tools and AI-driven insights to optimize outreach, engagement and pipeline management strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year as an SDR/BDR in a B2B role.
  • Minimum of 2 years with proven achievement in a quota-carrying AE role within the SaaS industry.

Nice to Have

  • Experience operating in startup settings.
  • Proficient with sales technologies and open to adopting new tools to enhance productivity.
  • Demonstrates perseverance in the face of challenges and adapts strategies based on feedback and results.
  • Values teamwork and contributes positively to both the sales team and company culture.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to Kathy, Head of Sales. Our sales team is tenured, with everyone having been at the company for 4+ years. The team includes 2 other AEs (US-based), 1 Strategic Account Manager (UK-based), and a Customer Success team of 5.

This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in the UK.
