We're scaling up, and we need a Sales & Partnerships Lead who can build killer relationships, close game-changing deals, and propel our mission through high-impact collaborations. **Tasks** **About the Role** As our first sales hire, you're our frontline growth catalyst. We're hunting for someone who can identify and lock down great partners (corporates, philanthropic & governmental organizations), spark conversations that feel nothing like boring sales pitches, pack their calendar with meetings, and close deals. **​​Your responsibilities will include:** - **Lead generation:** Hunt down and qualify potential sponsors and partners who resonate with our mission. Whether it's through our meetups, community events, direct emails, LinkedIn—wherever you can connect with the right people is fair game. - **Sales outreach:** Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and events—crafting pitches that slice through the noise. Re-engage previous contacts who haven't yet jumped on board. Experiment with new outbound strategies and zero in on what actually works. - **Deal closing:** Own the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
