What You'll Do
Drive revenue expansion by securing key design wins with leading drone and robotics OEMs across Europe. You will manage high-value accounts through every phase of the customer journey, from first contact to full-scale production deployment. Develop and execute account strategies that align with long-term business goals, while building trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
Lead commercial negotiations and guide complex sales cycles involving engineering, procurement, and leadership teams. Partner closely with Sales Engineering to support product integration and technical validation. Maintain a transparent, accurate sales pipeline that reflects realistic forecasting and measurable progress.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of B2B sales experience selling hardware in the drone or unmanned systems sector
- Proven success winning competitive OEM design-ins and closing multi-stage technical sales
- Direct experience selling to engineering-led organizations in robotics or drone manufacturing
- Ability to navigate and influence multi-departmental decision processes
- Strong communication skills with a focus on consultative, relationship-driven selling

- Background in RF systems or wireless communications technologies
