About the Role

What You'll Do

Shape and drive the commercial strategy for Mexico, defining go-to-market approaches, pricing models, and growth initiatives that expand market share and increase revenue. You’ll own execution from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.

Lead end-to-end commercial operations, optimizing sales processes, territory structures, forecasting accuracy, and partner onboarding workflows. You’ll ensure systems scale efficiently while maintaining strong governance and financial discipline across discounting, payments, and contract management.

Use data from HubSpot and other platforms to monitor performance, uncover trends, and guide decision-making. You’ll translate insights into actionable plans that improve conversion rates, funnel efficiency, and customer lifetime value across acquisition and expansion channels.

Build, lead, and develop a results-driven commercial team. Establish clear performance expectations, deliver coaching, and implement training programs that strengthen sales capabilities and negotiation skills. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align priorities and ensure a unified approach to partner growth and retention. Represent the commercial function in leadership discussions, influencing strategy with a revenue-focused perspective.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS, digital marketplaces, or payments, with a focus on SMB segments
  • Track record of delivering consistent revenue growth and exceeding targets
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in commercial metrics, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Ability to lead both strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional partner experiences
  • Self-motivated leader who thrives on ownership, initiative, and problem-solving
  • Experience managing and scaling sales teams in high-growth settings
  • Skilled at designing scalable processes, playbooks, and enablement tools
