HawkEye 360 is hiring an Account Executive to drive our expansion in the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for developing business with defense, intelligence, and maritime government agencies, focusing on building long-term relationships and closing high-value contracts to meet strategic objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute HawkEye 360’s engagement strategy with APAC government institutions to meet business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including Ministries of Defense, intelligence agencies, and Coast Guards.
- Identify and manage RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring our successful participation directly or through commercial partners.
- Create and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue objectives.
- Develop and lead targeted sales campaigns in collaboration with leadership, product, marketing, and technical teams.
- Oversee ongoing projects as the assigned Account Executive, ensuring collaboration with government partners and continued program growth.
- Manage risk, track budgets, and plan projects through bid, proposal, and delivery phases.
- Drive our participation in APAC regional studies, military exercises, and proofs of concept.
- Identify key industry events, lead HawkEye 360’s participation, and track outcomes.
- Develop and coordinate an engagement plan for senior decision-makers and political stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Aerospace, Electrical, Telecommunications Engineering, Remote Sensing, Signal Processing, Data Science, Regional Policy, Business, or related) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience closing multi-million-dollar, multi-year contracts with APAC Ministries of Defense, intelligence agencies, or other relevant agencies.
- Expertise in long sales cycles and high-value defense deals, requiring constant end-user engagement.
- Strong understanding of APAC countries, regional organizations, and strategic relationships, with prior engagement experience.
- Deep domain knowledge in the aerospace, defense, military, or intelligence sectors.
- Working technical understanding of ELINT, COMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and remote sensing technologies.
- Ability to discuss technology and the TCPED process in-depth to communicate our value proposition.
- Familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 35% within the APAC region.
- Fluency in English.

- Proficiency in an additional APAC language.
Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary range: $185,000 - $230,000 annually plus commissions.
Work Mode
This is a global position open to candidates based in the United States or the Asia-Pacific region.
