At Elsevier, the Account Executive role is pivotal for supporting growth and client retention across our existing Middle East portfolio. You will build strong, long-term, consultative relationships with stakeholders in law firms, corporate legal teams, and government organizations, focusing on maximizing customer value and solution adoption.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Middle East accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute account plans to support renewals, expansion, and solution uptake.
- Build collaborative, consultative relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings, virtual reviews, and product demonstrations to highlight value and encourage deeper adoption.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a consistent and positive client experience.
- Monitor account health, usage insights, and feedback to address risks and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage renewal cycles and maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Contribute market insights and identify opportunities that support regional growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in account management, renewals, and revenue growth within a SaaS or related environment (e.g., legal, compliance, or professional services).
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding retention and account growth objectives.
- Comfortable using CRM and sales tools.
- Self-driven, organised, and able to manage a remote regional portfolio effectively.
