Pavago is hiring an Account Executive to manage and convert a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads. You will conduct 6–10 qualified sales calls per day with home-service business owners, guiding prospects through a consultative discovery process and closing them into $6k and $20k programs.
What You'll Do
- Conduct 6–10 qualified inbound sales calls daily with warm prospects.
- Run structured discovery to identify needs, challenges, and fit.
- Present and explain the company's $6k and $20k programs with clarity, confidence, and authority.
- Manage the entire consultative sales process from first call to close.
- Execute professional follow-up with open opportunities to move them toward enrollment.
- Maintain accurate notes, statuses, and deal stages inside the CRM.
- Keep follow-up sequences active and ensure timely communication.
- Track call volume, conversions, and performance metrics daily.
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Provide feedback from sales conversations to strengthen objection handling, targeting, and offer positioning.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, credibility, and integrity.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years closing high-ticket offers ($8k–$30k+) in coaching, consulting, SaaS, or agency environments.
- Proven ability to close $100k–$300k+ per month in high-ticket revenue.
- Experience handling 6–10 inbound calls per day while maintaining quality.
- Strong track record closing warm inbound leads over Zoom.
- Excellent discovery, objection handling, and value articulation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with home-service and small-business owners.
- Willingness to provide performance proof (metrics, call recordings, references).
Nice to Have
- Experience selling digital marketing, lead generation, or recurring B2B services.
- Background working with trades, contractors, or blue-collar business owners.
- Formal sales training (Closer.io, RCA, Sandler, or similar).
