Global Payments is hiring an Account Executive to join the team behind Class Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within your assigned territory. You’ll develop sales pipelines, create strategic sales plans, design solution proposals, and manage the entire sales presentation and negotiation process.
What You'll Do
- Generate revenue through sales to new and/or existing key accounts within a geographic area or market.
- Collect information to understand client business issues, problems, and opportunities to identify sales prospects.
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for use in pricing and sales presentations.
- Ensure sales plans and key account strategies are implemented and sales/financial goals are obtained.
- Research target prospects and develop pipeline in the assigned territory, portfolio, or accounts for new and existing sales.
- Create, maintain, and sustain a Strategic Sales Plan (SSP) for identified top prospects.
- Create the solution design plan, sizing the work needed for conversion and helping the client understand the transition effort.
- Create and modify the sales project plan with the intent to close the sale.
- Support the negotiation of master agreements and service level agreements.
- Manage the sales presentation and sales process, including setting agendas and following up on action items.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant experience in sales, account management, or sales development
- Typically a minimum of 3 years of experience
