Reckitt is hiring an Account Executive to join our Essential Home business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key Modern Trade and Perfumery customers through strategic partnerships, commercial planning, and business development. You’ll operate with a strong P&L focus, driving initiatives that align with our purpose to protect, heal, and nurture in the pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.
What You'll Do
- Manage and develop relationships with Modern Trade and Perfumery customer accounts.
- Drive customer partnerships and lead commercial negotiations.
- Own annual and periodical account planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Manage commercial initiatives with a P&L mindset.
- Analyze data to generate insights and define actionable plans.
- Identify and develop new business growth opportunities.
- Lead execution follow-up across customers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery of commercial targets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Modern Trade and/or Perfumery channels.
- Proven experience in customer management and field execution.
- Strong analytical capability with the skill to convert data into actions.
- Commercial mindset with solid understanding of sales and P&L dynamics.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license and flexibility for frequent field visits.
