Arctic Wolf Networks is seeking an Account Executive - Enterprise to be a major contributor to our fast-growth success in Pittsburgh. You will quarterback new account acquisition in the small to medium enterprise market, driving sales by collaborating with SEs, channel partners, and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas through a solid, measurable sales process.
- Identify net new Enterprise prospects in your assigned territory through discovery calls, partner meetings, events, and personal prospecting.
- Manage multiple sales cycles with 10-20 Enterprise opportunities per quarter while navigating long-term strategic deals.
- Master competitive offerings to focus on customer requirements and effectively position our solutions.
- Collaborate with lead generation resources to build pipeline and expand opportunities within your territory.
- Build rapport with prospects and act as the quarterback to advance the sales process.
- Lead weekly territory calls and establish strong communication between pre-sales, marketing, channel, and inside sales.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5+ years of direct or channel sales experience with strong prospecting ability.
- Proven experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- A consistent track record of sales quota achievement.
- A proven track record of selling in the North Carolina market.
- Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid proficiency with technology, spreadsheets, and CRM utilization.
- Experience translating key technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to develop and retain currency in rapidly developing technological and product environments.
- Collaboration and leadership skills within sales teams, cross-functionally, and with customers and resellers.
- Skilled in selling techniques within a proven sales process framework.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS, Security, or Services in technology.
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
