SHIELD is looking for an Account Director (LATAM) to spearhead growth within a defined set of strategic existing accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing executive relationships to drive expansion by connecting at the CXO level and demonstrating tangible value.
What You'll Do
- Identify business problems and work cross-functionally to provide solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within current accounts.
- Work closely with clients to generate new opportunities and close deals.
- Drive high engagement and demonstrate value realization & ROI through Executive Business Reviews.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams to create new business opportunities.
- Proactively identify and resolve account success blockers.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and debugging to resolve clients' day-to-day technical challenges.
- Manage and escalate critical customer issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Flag possible escalations and recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Periodically review account performance and identify improvement opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Value-based solution selling and a strong understanding of ROI/cost/benefit analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with and influence at the CXO level within large accounts.
- Experience leading expansion efforts within existing enterprise customers.
- Background in participating in Value Engineering and Centre of Excellence exercises.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, technical, and product teams.
- Hands-on, problem-solving approach to client technical challenges.
- Ability to manage and navigate critical customer issues and escalations.
