JLL is hiring an Account Director to serve as the top leadership role on client accounts within JLL Work Dynamics. You will develop and implement comprehensive account plans that delight clients and ensure healthy long-term relationships. This executive anticipates client needs, delivers exceptional performance on key indicators, and builds high-performing teams that drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive account visions that align client objectives with JLL's strategic goals and service capabilities.
- Build and mentor diverse, high-performing teams while advancing inclusion priorities through focused talent planning.
- Manage complex client relationships across technology, industrial, financial services, and healthcare sectors.
- Analyze customer behavior data and industry trends to identify expansion opportunities and drive account growth.
- Oversee financial performance including budget management, revenue optimization, and maintaining receivables standards.
- Collaborate with Work Dynamics leadership to translate firm strategy into actionable business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional client service through proactive stakeholder engagement and continuous feedback integration.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate.
- Demonstrated success developing Integrated Facility Management solutions for Fortune 500 organizations.
- Proven track record hiring, training, and retaining teams of 100+ professionals in outsourced service environments.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
- Bachelor's degree with comprehensive business experience across multiple functions.
- Strategic mindset with ability to see big picture while executing tactical initiatives.
- Results-driven approach with capability to take corrective action decisively when performance gaps occur.
