Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring an ABA Intake Specialist (Spanish Bilingual) to manage the initial intake process for families seeking Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This fully remote role ensures a welcoming and smooth experience from the first point of contact.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, social media, and referrals with prompt, professional communication.
- Guide families through the intake process with empathy, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Collect and verify required documentation, including insurance information and patient details.
- Coordinate closely with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in CRM systems, ensuring data privacy.
- Provide follow-up support to ensure families feel welcomed and informed throughout.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM or EMR systems for data management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
