Scope of the Role
We are searching for an astute, precision-driven eCommerce Operations & Planning Manager to support expansion across digital marketplaces. In this position, you will orchestrate operational rhythms—inventory control, vendor management, demand projection, and ensuring seamless product movement from production to consumer.
You will directly collaborate with Retention Leadership, serving as a pivotal operational partner, managing logistics, strategic planning, and execution. This represents a hands-on opportunity with substantial influence on efficiency, profitability, and organizational scaling.
Duties and Responsibilities
Inventory, Logistics & Supply Chain
- Oversee inventory distribution across multiple sales platforms
- Maintain optimal stock levels at all fulfillment locations
- Monitor shipment processes for maximum efficiency and cost optimization
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners regarding timelines and schedules
Forecasting & Planning
- Develop and maintain precise demand projections
- Transform revenue and marketing expectations into actionable supplier and inventory strategies
- Synchronize forecasting across departments to ensure product availability and smooth launches
Operational Excellence
- Monitor critical operational metrics: inventory rotation, stockout prevention, transportation expenses, fulfillment precision
- Identify process enhancements increasing operational efficiency and profitability
- Support comprehensive operational initiatives, including product introductions and intellectual property protection
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Maintain consistent communication with internal teams to align timelines, budgets, and deliverables
