Nacar is looking for a results-driven Area Sales Representative to manage and grow our presence across key territories in Guatemala or Mexico City. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B or field sales experience, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high service levels and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, providing regular performance updates to the leadership team.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B or field sales, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, consumer goods, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage a regional sales pipeline independently.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and on-the-ground customer interaction.
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
