Baptist Health is seeking a 1E Cardiac Med/Surg Registered Nurse to provide general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel to ensure quality patient care. In this role, you will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, and perform care interventions while collaborating with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians.
What You'll Do
- Provide general supervision and coordination of activities for nursing personnel on shift, weekends, and holidays.
- Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, care planning, and performance of care interventions.
- Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in the planning and implementation of patient care.
What We're Looking For
- A Degree in Nursing.
- Active Alabama temporary RN licensure.
- BLS certification.
Nice to Have
- BSN degree.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at Baptist Medical Center East.
