Baptist Health is seeking an RN - Charge Nurse to join our team at Baptist Medical Center East. In this role, you will facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate unit activities to ensure the provision of quality patient care during your assigned shift, serving as a mentor and leader to the nursing staff.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate unit activities for quality patient care during the assigned shift
- Serve as a mentor to the staff
- Provide direction in the application of the nursing process, quality improvement standards, and organizational and department goals and objectives
- Act as a role model in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- A Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of staff nurse experience
- Active RN licensure
- BLS certification
Nice to Have
- BSN degree
Team & Environment
You will be responsible to the Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager.

This position is onsite at Baptist Medical Center East.
