Baptist Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct, individualized, goal-directed, and effective patient care. You will provide care as outlined in the Nursing Care Plan, working in accordance with Standards of Practice and Baptist Health and Crossbridge policies.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct, individualized, goal-directed, and effective patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Report patient symptoms and conditions to the Registered Nurse.
- Provide quality patient care within the framework of the mission, vision, and values of Baptist Health and Crossbridge.
- For Employee Health roles: conduct new hire and annual health screenings under RN supervision.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- An active LPN license.
- BLS certification.
Team & Environment
You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, collaborating closely within the clinical team structure.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at Baptist Medical Center East.
