Gastrosterne is hiring a 100% remote Sales Closer to join our team. This B2B sales role focuses on selling a recruiting solution to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the DACH region. Your mission is to convert leads into customers and develop them into long-term, successful clients.

What You'll Do

  • Call cold and warm leads to identify needs and conduct real sales conversations.
  • Push for the close in a structured, smart, and secure way.
  • Think proactively, ask questions, and follow up until the goal is reached.
  • Work closely with sales coach and leadership.
  • Develop customers long-term through upgrades and upsells.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, either B2B or B2C.
  • You are self-sufficient and self-directed, requiring no micro-management.
  • A strong desire to not only sell but also grow professionally.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the recruiting field is a bonus.
