What You'll Do
Deliver consistent sales performance in the Xunyang region by collaborating closely with designated distributors. You'll monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities, set goals, and track progress against volume targets. Your work will ensure comprehensive market coverage across hypermarkets, supermarkets, and wholesale outlets.
You’ll conduct regular field visits to maintain strong relationships with customers, assess product availability, and ensure displays meet company standards. Training distributor teams on product knowledge and company procedures is a key part of the role, helping to align execution with business objectives. You’ll also support in-store execution to improve visibility and drive sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of sales experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector
- Proven ability to execute plans effectively and deliver results under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and coordinate across teams
- Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to field-based responsibilities
A diploma or higher education qualification is preferred. Candidates must be based in or willing to work within the Ankang–Xunyang area, as no relocation support is provided.
