What You'll Do
In this role, you will lead strategic growth initiatives across critical CPI markets, including chemical processing, mining, marine, HVAC, and data-centre cooling. Your focus will be on engaging with projects at the feasibility and design stages, working directly with end users, EPCs, and OEMs to influence technical specifications in favor of our actuation and instrumentation solutions.
You’ll collaborate closely with regional sales, engineering, and product management teams to align product development with market demand. By gathering customer insights and tracking competitive trends, you’ll help shape go-to-market strategies and support the launch of new products through targeted campaigns and industry events. You’ll also identify strategic partnerships or acquisition targets that enhance market presence.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development or sales within industrial automation, process equipment, or related technical sectors
- Strong grasp of flow control systems and the ability to articulate technical value to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to engage confidently with engineers, procurement leads, and senior decision-makers
- Demonstrated strategic mindset with commercial awareness and initiative
- Skilled at building long-term relationships, negotiating outcomes, and driving customer-centric solutions
- Excellent communication abilities, with strong presentation and data analysis skills using Excel
Work Environment
This is a locally based role within the EMEA region, requiring regular engagement with regional stakeholders and project teams. The position demands a self-driven approach with the ability to operate independently while contributing to broader regional objectives.
