About the Role

What You'll Do

Take ownership of sales performance across a dynamic region, focusing on Turkey with extension into select Middle Eastern and African markets. You'll engage directly with end users and distribution partners to understand their manufacturing challenges and deliver high-impact solutions using a technically advanced product portfolio.

Plan and execute customer visits to identify new opportunities, strengthen existing accounts, and close deals within your authority. You'll conduct on-site tool testing, interpret technical drawings, and demonstrate how our products improve efficiency and reduce costs. By maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, you’ll ensure visibility into sales pipelines and support strategic decision-making at the regional level.

Lead training sessions to increase customer capability and drive adoption of new tools and techniques. Share market insights with internal teams to align product development and strategy with real-world demand. When appropriate, guide junior sales team members to help build collective capability.

Requirements

You bring a solid engineering foundation and hands-on familiarity with metal cutting tools, including the ability to differentiate key manufacturing processes and tool types—such as CVD versus PVD coatings or HSS versus solid carbide. Your background includes field sales experience in a technical environment, where you've successfully managed customer relationships and delivered results independently.

Strong organizational and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to operate autonomously from a home office in Turkey. You communicate clearly in English at a professional level (minimum B2) and hold Turkish citizenship, enabling smoother access to certain markets. A customer-focused approach, resilience under pressure, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets are expected. This role requires travel of about 50% of the time.
