What You'll Do
Drive in-store presence by applying effective merchandising techniques to maximize product visibility and shelf availability. You'll ensure displays are strategically placed and maintained to influence purchasing decisions at the point of sale.
Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, tracking their performance and adjusting tactics as needed to meet sales goals. You'll also monitor the placement and effectiveness of point-of-sale materials, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
Regularly report on field activities, sales outcomes, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and strategic planning.
Requirements
You bring strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships. A solid understanding of sales cycles and negotiation methods is essential, along with sharp analytical skills to interpret data and improve performance.
Prior sales experience is required, and background in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods is advantageous. Persistence, precision, and a results-oriented mindset are key to success in this role.
Work Environment
This position is based locally in Yan'an, with responsibilities centered in surrounding county and town areas. The role requires regular fieldwork and in-store visits.
