As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding market presence across designated areas in Yan'an’s county regions. Your focus will be on building trusted relationships with customers, driving consistent sales performance, and supporting the successful launch of new products.
What You'll Do
- Maximize product visibility and shelf presence using effective merchandising strategies
- Execute and track promotional campaigns to boost consumer engagement
- Ensure proper placement and maintenance of point-of-purchase materials
- Deliver regular field reports on sales activities and performance metrics
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of analyzing sales data and translating insights into action
- Detail-oriented with a persistent, results-driven mindset
- Prior experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail sales is a plus
Work Environment
This is an on-site role based in Yan'an, requiring regular field work within the county area to engage directly with retail partners and monitor in-store execution.
