What You'll Do
Take ownership of client relationships in your designated region, serving as the primary point of contact for healthcare facilities. Build trust through consistent, proactive communication and on-site engagement, ensuring clients feel supported and valued. Drive performance by monitoring campaign outcomes, sharing savings reports, and conducting regular planning sessions to align on goals.
Collaborate across departments to balance staffing supply and demand, relaying client feedback to shape platform improvements. Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and onboard potential clients through targeted outreach. Stay informed on healthcare staffing trends and share actionable insights that enhance client strategy and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
- Have 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and problem-solving judgment
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams
- Manage time efficiently and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Be comfortable working independently while contributing to team objectives
- Be proficient with Google Suite, CRM tools, and remote collaboration platforms
- Be available to work beyond standard hours when needed and travel locally within the greater Houston area
