Remote Recruitment is hiring a Senior Tech Recruiter with a UK & Europe focus. This is a 360 recruitment role where you will own the full process from business development to candidate placement. You’ll join a dynamic, remote-first firm operating in a high-performance, KPI-focused culture.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the full 360 recruitment process – from business development to candidate placement.
- Proactively identify and develop new client relationships across the UK and Europe tech sectors.
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier tech talent using platforms like JobAdder, LinkedIn, and Lusha.
- Make an average of 30 cold calls per day to build a strong pipeline and generate leads.
- Participate in daily team calls to review metrics and progress.
- Collaborate with a like-minded, driven remote team in a KPI-led environment.
- Maintain accurate records and pipelines within JobAdder CRM.
- Take full ownership of your roles – you source, you place.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on 360 and business development.
- Proven success recruiting tech professionals across the UK and Europe – this experience is essential.
- Comfortable working in a high-activity, remote environment with structured KPIs.
- Previous use of JobAdder CRM and sourcing tools like Lusha (or similar).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and personal laptop.
- Available for immediate start.
