HireHawk is hiring an Amazon Operations Specialist to support day-to-day marketplace execution, ensuring listings, inventory, promotions, and backend operations run smoothly to support rapid growth across Amazon channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and communicates proactively.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Amazon product listings, including content, images, and variations.
- Monitor account health, suppressions, and performance notifications.
- Coordinate inventory updates and resolve stranded inventory issues.
- Execute promotions, coupons, and pricing updates.
- Track performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, and buy box.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and supply chain teams.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon listing structure and backend operations.
- Experience troubleshooting listing or compliance issues.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple SKUs.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a DTC or apparel brand.
