Toast is looking for a Zuora Administrator to be the primary internal system administrator and support contact for Zuora Billing. In this role, you will be responsible for configuration, customization, integration, and front-line support of Zuora applications, collaborating with stakeholders to drive optimal solutions.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives related to Zuora Subscription Billing.
Provide front-line support and troubleshooting to diagnose, isolate, and resolve issues for business-facing applications.
Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of Zuora applications to meet evolving business needs.
Serve as internal subject matter expert and provide guidance on best practices.
Identify potential areas of improvement and propose projects aimed at optimizing business operations.
Maintain proper system access for user roles ensuring compliance with segregation of duties.
Manage the change management and release process for Zuora Billing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system functionality, customization, and integration.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience with Zuora Billing administration and configuration, including third-party integrations in complex environments.
Experience supporting Zuora Billing modules: Customers, Product Catalog, Subscriptions, Billing & Invoicing, Payments and Taxes.
Experience working in Zuora Billing administration: User access, HTML/PDF templates, ZOQL, Zuora API, Custom fields, Notifications/email templates, data interface integrations, Workflows and Reports.
Knowledge of the full billing cycle, including Invoicing, Invoice Templates, Payment, Payment Gateway configuration, Revenue Recognition, Financial Reporting, and integration into the ERP system.
Understanding of Payment Gateways, Country Specific requirements, Refund, Chargeback, Cancellation, and Network Tokenization.
Experience working in Zuora sandbox, including deployment across multiple environments.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with Netsuite ERP.
Zuora Billing Certification.
Experience with Zuora Revenue.
Experience working in Zuora APIs.
Prior experience in a Zuora Billing implementation.
Experience working with Vertex or similar tax engines.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $115,000—$184,000 USD
