About the Role

Ben Fatto is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to serve as the critical liaison between Product Management and our technology teams. You will facilitate requirement gathering, analyze operations, and help translate business needs into actionable technical plans.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as liaison between the Product Management and TR tech teams.
  • Facilitate business requirement gathering and definition through interviews, workshops, and grooming sessions.
  • Analyze and interpret business requirements and perform current, target, gap, and impact analyses.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories understood by all stakeholders.
  • Analyze business partner operations to understand strengths and weaknesses and determine automation opportunities.
  • Assist in business process redesign and documentation for new technology initiatives.
  • Conduct client interviews to capture requirements and build prototypes to validate assumptions.
  • Prepare documents such as business and functional requirement documents, user stories, use cases, gap analysis, process models, workflows, and data flows.
  • Apply broad knowledge of business processes and technical expertise to anticipate organizational impacts.
  • Actively participate in wireframe, prototyping, and software design sessions.
  • Assist in quality assurance test plan and test outline review to ensure testing aligns with requirements.
  • May write documentation describing program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Write user manuals for installation and operating procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of business analyst experience within IT.
  • Functional expertise in transaction and/or web-based business applications.
  • Proficient in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation, workflow analysis, and process modeling.
  • Deep knowledge of UI/UX design and development.
  • Proficient in creating conceptual modeling deliverables such as wireframes, process models, and other diagrams.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced/fluent English proficiency.
  • Experience with financial processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience performing statistical and data analysis.
  • Experience leading and negotiating business solutions through collaborative discussions with business and IT partners.
  • Past experience with BDD and Scenario Testing.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to get work done through others.

Work Mode

This is a remote position for candidates in São Paulo, Brazil.
