Henry Schein One LLC is looking for an Equipment Installation Technician I to join our Atlanta team. You will be responsible for installing equipment in customer offices under the direction of a Lead Technician or Project Coordinator. Your work drives installation success, improves customer satisfaction, maximizes retention, and increases profitability.
What You'll Do
- Provide installation services to customers in a courteous and professional manner, and repair services as needed.
- Maintain the necessary tools of the trade to perform installation and repair services.
- Complete all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks under supervision.
- Follow proper troubleshooting steps to diagnose technical problems and determine solutions.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations to optimize their experience.
- Maintain and manage proper levels of inventory in your service van.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Attend all required training, including Henry Schein Dental Career Development and specific manufacturer technical training.
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and utilize personal protective equipment when needed.
- Communicate in a timely manner to all Team Members and HUB dispatchers on assignment progress.
- Complete all work orders in a timely manner, reviewing them with the customer prior to departure.
- Submit all job-related paperwork within required timeframes, including FDA Forms and expense reports.
- Comply with all terms of the Fleet Management Policy, including maintenance and accident management.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Typically, 2 or more years of field service experience with demonstrated proficiency
- Basic mechanical background
- Customer service background

- Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems

This is an onsite position based in Atlanta.
