Job Duck LLC seeks a detail-oriented Legal Intake and Client Support Representative to be a key point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will help individuals feel informed and supported from their initial inquiry onward, ensuring all details are captured and managed effectively.
What You'll Do
- Create timelines, summaries, and case-related documentation.
- Answer general client questions and explain processes clearly.
- Collaborate with internal team members, including virtual receptionists.
- Share resources and updates with clients and prospective new clients.
- Convert documents as needed and maintain consistent file formatting.
- Organize electronic files and ensure all documents are stored appropriately.
- Respond promptly to client emails.
- Ask intake questions, gather details, and record information accurately.
- Conduct intake calls with both clients and prospective clients.
- Learn and manage our internal CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- A work schedule aligned with PST (Pacific Standard Time).
- A detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused approach.
- The ability to manage a high volume of communication efficiently.
- Comfort learning new systems and independently managing workflows.
