Newcomer Performance GmbH, supporting ZoomCare, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Primary Care team. You will diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive care, and perform minor procedures in a clinic setting, delivering innovative, high-quality, and convenient healthcare.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions with a patient-first approach.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage referrals as needed.
Promote preventive care through screenings, immunizations, and patient education.
Demonstrate expertise in chronic disease management and longitudinal care within primary care.
Perform minor procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, lesion removal, and joint injections.
Deliver comprehensive primary care by managing chronic illness and treating acute conditions.
Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
Conduct adult wellness exams and preventive screenings.
Complete charting and laboratory responsibilities, including call backs and follow-up, daily.
Provide competent care to adults, children, and pregnant patients (excluding obstetrics).
Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and costs.
Utilize technical tools and communication platforms including athenaOne, provider messaging, onsite lab, and in-clinic pharmacy.
Deliver consistent, high-quality, and efficient care using ZoomCare tools and workflows.
Adapt practice style to meet individual patient needs.
Maintain efficiency by seeing all patients in a timely manner.
Provide a complete, one-stop visit by coordinating onsite labs and prescriptions when appropriate.
Respond openly to feedback related to clinical quality, patient experiences, and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Physician Assistant Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with NCCPA certification OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner.
At least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation, with majority in Primary Care scope/pace (primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine).
Experience seeing patients of all ages.
Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
Able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.
Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where respirator seals to face.
Must wear a mask as needed.
Patient-facing employees must receive all required vaccinations (Hepatitis B, MMR, PPD, Varicella, TD/TDAP, COVID-19). Medical/religious exemptions may apply.

Benefits & Compensation

Total earning potential of $200,000+.
Base Salary $135,000 - $150,000 (based on 34 hours/week).
Opportunity for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives, and picking up extra shifts.
