As a Zippy Guide in Dallas, TX, you'll transform the manufactured home financing experience by leveraging our technology to help homebuyers navigate the loan process with transparency and efficiency. You'll be a trusted guide for consumers, a contributor to internal process improvements, and an advocate for expanding access to homeownership.

What You'll Do

Originate consumer loans by taking applications, setting process expectations, and preparing loan files for successful handoffs.
Communicate effectively with applicants and partners via phone, email, and text.
Share best practices, insights, lessons learned, and challenges with a growing team of MLOs.
Provide feedback to engineering to advocate for business and consumer needs and improve Zippy's technology.
Optimize internal processes with a focus on efficiency, risk management, and delivering best-in-class consumer outcomes.
Manage risk by acting as the front line for risk decision-making on new loans.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in mortgage or equity sales.
Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in relevant states (or willingness to obtain).
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.
Strong communication skills with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience.
Must reside in Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin.

Nice to Have

Insurance Agent License in relevant states.
Strong preference for candidates located within 75 miles of Dallas, TX.
