Ziff Davis Shopping is hiring a loyalty expert to build and launch a best-in-class loyalty program for RetailMeNot.com. You will take full ownership of the program's strategy, setup, and long-term evolution to drive customer lifetime value for one of America's leading coupon and cashback sites. You'll join the global customer team, collaborating with existing loyalty specialists.
What You'll Do
- Create and deliver a long-term vision for RetailMeNot's loyalty program.
- Develop a compelling proposition to engage customers and drive repeat behaviors to increase lifetime value.
- Lead the launch and ongoing evolution of the program, creating a delivery plan that supports key business goals.
- Develop phased iterations of the program for long-term commercial success.
- Lead program analysis and build commercial models with support from financial planning teams.
- Define customer journeys and oversee launches by working closely with the Product team.
- Oversee integration plans with internal and external systems to create the optimal technical setup.
- Establish data, insights, and reporting requirements to support the program.
- Create and deliver program launch plans with iterative improvement phases.
- Define and set up multi-channel marketing plans including tactical and triggered communications.
- Embed the loyalty program into the business and all ways of working, including managing seasonal peaks.
- Focus on long-term success and lead innovations to meet customer and business needs.
- Support Senior Leadership in shaping overall business strategy by driving the future of RetailMeNot's loyalty proposition.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of loyalty program experience in an ecommerce environment.
- Experience developing loyalty propositions from the ground up to meet business needs.
- Experience working on consumer-facing digital products.
- Experience taking a project from inception to launch, through ongoing development and maintenance.
- Project and stakeholder management at senior levels across a large business structure.
- Customer-oriented approach with a passion for customer experience and data.
- Commercial experience and the ability to manage complex budgets and P&L.
- A can-do attitude to get involved and work with stakeholders at every level across the business.
