Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering team in executing full automotive testing projects, including brake dynamometer setup and measurements
- Construct fixtures for testing purposes
- Perform low voltage sensor wiring tasks
- Provide support for vehicle testing on roads or test tracks
- Offer general automotive workshop assistance
- Prepare, operate, and set up data acquisition for tests
- Conduct tests following defined procedures and specifications
- Create fixtures to aid in brake testing
- Maintain proper organization of testing samples in the workshop
- Support the execution of related tasks, including upgrades, improvements, maintenance, and calibration of test equipment and facilities
- Flexibly assist with various vehicle-based testing activities as needed, such as durability, quality, infotainment, connectivity, brakes, EV charging, electrical sign-off, ADAS, and automated driving
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies regarding project management, quality, occupational health and safety, and facilities/equipment maintenance and calibration

- Support the engineering team with the complete automotive testing project execution including: Support testing activities such as brake dynamometer setup (setup inertia, brake parts assembly, brake bleeding, brake wear measurements, etc)
- Building fixtures
- Low voltage sensor wiring
- Support road or test track-based vehicle testing
- General automotive workshop support
- Test preparation, operation, and data acquisition set-up
- Test execution according to the defined procedures and specifications
- Fabrication of fixtures to support brake testing
- Ensure the correct organisation of testing samples in the workshop
- Support the execution of other related tasks such as test equipment and facilities upgrades, improvements, maintenance and calibration
- To flexibly support diverse automotive vehicle-based testing activities as required by the business, including but not limited to the following: Durability, Quality, Infotainment, Connectivity, Brakes, EV charging, Electrical Sign-off, ADAS and Automated Driving
- Ensuring alignment with corporate policies regarding project management, quality, OHS, facilities/equipment maintenance and calibration
