LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is hiring a temporary Workplace Experience and Employee Engagement professional. This role is pivotal for ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive work environment across our Manhattan, NY and East Brunswick, NJ offices. You will coordinate facilities, manage office logistics, and support employee engagement activities.
What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day operations of our offices, including facilities maintenance and repairs.
- Act as the first point of contact to observe, troubleshoot, and report facilities-related issues, coordinating with internal partners or external vendors.
- Manage vendor requests and building requests using the property management portal.
- Manage conference room bookings and general office scheduling.
- Serve as the in-person point of contact for all office needs and questions.
- Monitor, order, and stock office supplies.
- Oversee the office for facilities concerns and facilitate timely repairs with the building management team.
- Coordinate food deliveries, catering set-up, and breakdown for special events.
- Manage various vendor accounts and invoices, keeping information up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing office areas for new hires and provide orientation tours.
- Place service calls for office equipment requiring maintenance.
- Act as point person for offsite shredding document pick-ups.
- Manage reservations for employees at the Dior Café for specific events.
- Assist with managing the onsite Barista service.
- Work with the Café vendor to keep food selection menus updated and the café organized.
- Handle confidential and highly sensitive proprietary information with discretion.
- Assist with internal relocations and special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to interact at all levels with internal and external personnel.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative capacity within a prestige fashion, fragrance, and/or beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Excel.
- Proactive, requiring little direction, and takes responsibility.
- Extremely professional, poised, and fashionable.
Nice to Have
- French speaking is a plus.
