SIGNAL IDUNA / HANSAINVEST is looking for a Working Student - People Analytics & Data Strategy to help implement our People Analytics strategy. You will be a driving force in shaping data-driven HR work within a dynamic cross-functional environment.
What You'll Do
- Actively co-design the implementation of the People Analytics strategy in a cross-functional team from HR, IT, and Finance.
- Translate complex HR data into clear insights and develop meaningful dashboards to serve as a strategic decision-making basis for management.
- Support strategically important People Analytics projects, such as designing a CHRO dashboard, developing automated reports, or analyzing drivers of the absence rate.
- Ensure high data quality in HR databases and contribute to the further development of Data Governance together with IT.
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled student in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Economics, Psychology, or a comparable field.
- High affinity for data and numbers, and the ability to derive actionable recommendations from them.
- Structured, proactive, and pragmatic working style with high result orientation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex matters in an understandable way.
- Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Ideally in a Master's program.
- Preferably first practical experience in the field of Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
