Redcare Pharmacy is hiring a Working Student Operational Excellence, Marketplace (m/f/d) to join a fast-growing, international e-commerce environment. You will shape how operational excellence drives marketplace performance, gaining direct exposure to KPI governance, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership in collecting, structuring and documenting existing processes and KPI logics, creating clarity and transparency.
- Support the continuous improvement of our performance review framework and dashboards to translate data into meaningful operational insights.
- Create and maintain Jira tickets, SOPs and structured documentation, ensuring knowledge is accessible and scalable.
- Prepare Miro boards, workshops and decision-making decks, while capturing structured meeting notes and tracking action items.
- Drive your own mini operational excellence projects, contributing directly to process optimization and performance improvements.
