Modern Dental Laboratories is looking for a Dental Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and handle the shipping logistics for our dental laboratory. You will be responsible for tracking and entering case information, preparing materials for shipment, and maintaining inventory.
What You'll Do
- Track, enter, and research case information in current systems.
- Prepare material for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and completing necessary forms.
- Disinfect all incoming cases following laboratory safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blog.
- Assemble and fill boxes with items for shipment.
- Unload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages for case entry.
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Provide support to employees and managers in handling shipping-related activities.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
