Enrollment Specialist
We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to guide members through enrollment with clarity and care. In this role, you'll manage both incoming and outgoing calls, helping individuals understand program requirements, verify eligibility, and complete enrollment steps efficiently and accurately.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, providing clear and reliable information about enrollment processes and program criteria
- Proactively reach out to members to move enrollment forward and address outstanding questions
- Use Salesforce CRM to record interactions, update member data, and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date records
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues or concerns according to established procedures
- Apply strong attention to detail when handling sensitive information and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills across phone, video, and email
- Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and contribute within a team
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Work Environment
This role operates in a fast-paced call center environment with fully virtual onboarding, training, and orientation. You’ll need a reliable workspace with minimal distractions, where you can stay focused and engaged. Technical tools include Salesforce CRM and standard Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with these platforms is essential for smooth daily operations.
