As the Senior Digital Experience Lead, you will shape how targeted audiences engage with digital content across the customer lifecycle. Your work will focus on designing end-to-end journey strategies for key segments—such as AI, IT, Employee Experience, and CRM buyers—defining how users move through stages, what drives progression, and how success is measured.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop digital journey frameworks tailored to specific buying groups, including stage definitions, movement criteria, and performance benchmarks
- Convert integrated marketing campaigns into actionable digital experience plans—specifying content needs, personalization logic, and expected user behavior
- Design how web, email, nurture streams, and account-based marketing connect to form unified, non-linear experiences
- Set rules for content personalization based on role, industry, company size, and engagement level to increase relevance
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Media, UX, Digital Product, Copy, Engineering, and external partners to align vision and execution
- Define metrics and analytical models to assess journey effectiveness and uncover areas for improvement
- Build scalable templates and content standards to reduce redundancy and accelerate campaign rollout
- Share insights on journey performance, highlighting friction points, content gaps, and conversion barriers
