As a Large Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead the expansion of key accounts by identifying strategic opportunities and building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers. Your focus will be on understanding the unique challenges of global organizations and aligning solutions that deliver measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development through targeted account and territory planning, leveraging research and field engagement
- Engage with C-suite executives—including CMOs, COOs, and CTOs—to uncover business needs and build long-term advocacy
- Actively listen and respond to client goals, ensuring solutions deliver clear value and exceed expectations
- Build credibility across multiple stakeholders to influence enterprise-wide decisions
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and technological shifts to position offerings effectively
- Continuously refine your approach by seeking feedback from clients, peers, and leadership
- Develop relationships with influencers and executives to open new pathways for growth
What We’re Looking For
- At least six years of demonstrated success in enterprise software sales, with experience closing large, complex SaaS deals
- Recognition as a top performer in your current or previous organization
- Proven ability to connect with and influence C-level leaders
- Deep interest in the evolving landscape of customer experience and digital transformation
- Strong emotional intelligence and intellectual agility to thrive in a fast-moving environment
